Babylon

Babylon is our MOUT (Military Operations in Urban Terrain) Facility.

Our original MOUT field in Simi Valley, was called Jericho. In the bible, it says that when the walls of Jericho fell, the Jerichoans fled and took refuge in the City of Babylon. The biblical city of Babylon, is based in modern day Iraq, which is exactly why Babylon is based the Middle East,  in Iraq.

Jericho Airsoft BabylonPlaying in Babylon, is like being out there in Iraq, fighting in a modern day conflict. Based on photos, stories, advise from US military veterans, and currently serving active duty military, Babylon is as close as we can get to actually being out there in Iraq. Some of the buildings in Babylon are based on real buildings, like the Museum of Iraq, in Baghdad, others are simply based on photos of real streets, or buildings experienced by our friends when they were out there.

The streets of Babylon are perfect for urban based scenarios, the streets are also all wide enough to drive our military vehicles around. The streets have real city-based obstacles and props, such as cars, a fountain, roads, and even a real city bus.

Babylon is a work in progress, as we are constantly adding new buildings, and expanding on the structures that are already in there. The City of Babylon grows, expands, and changes, just like a real city.

Jericho Airsoft is commited to building the best fields that replicate real-life situations, and places where modern warfare is being fought. Our scenarios are based on real combat, so our fields must replicate areas within which they could happen. Buildings in Babylon are built with specific scenarios in mind, in order to make the gameplay more fluid, and the field map, a more flexible area within which we can generate new and exciting games to play.
